Heating & air conditioning service contract

An Eagle Maintenance Agreement with a heating and air conditioning service contract includes two inspections a year: an air conditioner inspection in the spring and a heating system inspection in the fall. During these heating and air conditioning inspections, we check your:

  • Thermostat
  • Humidistat
  •  Electrical systems
  •  Flue (and flue piping)
  • Safety controls
  • Gas burners
  • Heating elements
  • Ventilation systems
  • Operating controls
  • Fans, blowers, and pumps
  • Motor amps and compressor amps
  • Air filters
  • Backflow preventers
  • Pressure valves and controls
  • And much more!

We also run a test of the carbon monoxide levels in your home. A full report of the condition of all of your heating and air conditioning systems is included with all heating and air conditioning service contracts.

Plumbing service contract

An Eagle Maintenance Agreement with a plumbing service contract includes an annual plumbing system inspection, where we check:

  • The main emergency water shut-off valve
  • Water heater emergency shut-off valve
  • Flue
  • Burners and other heating elements
  • Water temperature
  • Faucets, traps, and drains
  • Washing machine hoses and hose bibs
  • Toilet flappers, fill valves, and flush valves
  • Garbage disposal

In addition, a plumbing service contract includes a check of all gas emergency shut-off valves and carbon monoxide levels. A full report of the condition of your plumbing system is included with all plumbing service contracts.

Gas fireplace service contract

An Eagle Maintenance Agreement with a gas fireplace service contract includes an annual gas fireplace inspection, which comes with an inspection of:

  • The gas supply
  • Pilot light
  • Thermocouple and thermopile
  • Gas valve
  • Burners
  • Blower
  • High temperature switch and on/off switch
  • Log placement
  • Venting
  • Gas pressures
  • Accessories

A gas fireplace service contract also includes a check of the emergency gas shut off valves and carbon monoxide levels. A full report of the condition of your gas fireplace is included with all gas fireplace service contracts.
